Combination Skin Care in Nigeria

Combination skin is oily in the forehead, nose and chin (the T-zone) and normal or dry on the cheeks. The goal is balance: light hydration everywhere and oil control where needed.

Your routine, step by step

  1. Use a mild gel cleanser that cleans without tightness.
  2. Use a hydrating toner or essence, and niacinamide on the T-zone if it gets shiny.
  3. Pick a light lotion or gel-cream moisturiser. Add a little more on dry cheeks.
  4. Finish with a lightweight sunscreen in the morning.

Common questions

Can I use different products on different areas?

Yes. This is called multi-masking or zoning, for example a clay mask on the T-zone only.

Is combination skin the most common type?

It is very common, and many people also change type with the season.
