PureSkinHQ is a Nigerian online retail and wholesale skincare store. We sell premium skincare products to individual customers and wholesale buyers across Nigeria.

Orders & Payments

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Paystack
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors
Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 3–5 business days

PureSkinHQ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged/wrong items — contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost
Change of mind — items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition
Opened products — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
Refund timeline — approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
