About PureSkinHQ

PureSkinHQ is a Nigerian online retail and wholesale skincare store. We sell premium skincare products to individual customers and wholesale buyers across Nigeria.

Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Paystack
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors
• Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 3–5 business days

Delivery Policy

PureSkinHQ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged/wrong items — contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost
• Change of mind — items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition
• Opened products — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
• Refund timeline — approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days

Product Information

• Product colours may appear slightly different on different screens
• Always check the physical product label before use
• We recommend patch testing all new skincare products before full application
• PureSkinHQ is not liable for adverse reactions from product use

Prescription-Strength & Medicated Products

• Some products we sell (for example tretinoin, adapalene, hydroquinone, benzoyl peroxide and combination creams such as Tri-Luma) contain active ingredients that are normally prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist. These are marked with a prescription note on the product page.
• By ordering these products you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are buying them on your own responsibility, ideally on the advice of a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist.
• Do not use them if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding unless a doctor has approved it. Stop use and seek medical advice if you get severe irritation, swelling or a reaction.
• We do not diagnose or treat skin conditions. Information on our site is general and is not medical advice.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used medicated products cannot be returned.

• Minimum order quantities apply — contact us for the wholesale catalogue
• Wholesale pricing is available on WhatsApp only
• Wholesale orders require full payment before dispatch
